• Testing of protection

• Proving correct operation of all parts including Circuit Breakers, Interlocks & remote switching etc
• Checking cable connections for tight ness including Ductor tests of all connections
• Checking correct operation of battery tripping units

Oil filled Transformers to include but not limited to;

• Full visual inspection.
• Oil Analysis Testing – oil sampling is the most cost – effective and least intrusive way of assessing the internal condition of transformers and oil filled switchgear allowing companies to effectively manage their assets and help to avoid costly downtime and equipment failures.
• Checking condition of breathers.
• Insulation resistanc e testing of core.
• Checking cable connections for tightness including Ductor test.

Cast Resin Transformers to include but not limited to;

• Full visual inspection
• Checking cable connections for tightness including Ductor tests
• Check correct operation of PT100 temperature sensors and associated equipment
• Insulation resistance testing of cores
• Cleaning of cores and enclosures
